Rates quoted in US dollars and subject to change. Maximum occupancy is two persons per bedroom unless by specific agreement with island management prior to arrival.
Owner prefers Saturday to Saturday rentals. 50 % deposit required.

Check in/out generally is usually on Saturday, but we'll try to accommodate your schedule.

Reservations to be confirmed by a 50% deposit, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellations

Deposits will be refunded less 10% if made 30 days before departure. 10% can be credited against a new reservation.

Payment is via cash, check or money order to Mike Seely, Box 222, Dorset, VT 05251.
